IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE Effective August 1, 2026 To better serve our clients and respect our nail technicians' time, Blissful Nails & Spa will be implementing the following policy updates: CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE A 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. There is no surcharge for cash payments. CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENTS A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and appreciate contacting us as soon as possible regarding any appointment changes. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
